Resistance and Sprints (USRPT)

Warm Up:
600 Choice

Main:
8 x 25 Pocket scull @ R:15
8 x 25 Deadman sprints @ R:15 **Start in a deadman float position (floating face down in the water), just far enough from the wall that you can’t push off. Start sprinting from this position (which will require a lot of leg and arm power to get up to speed!)

3 rounds of the following:
6 x 25 FR with parachute (if you have access to one) @ R:15
2 x 100 Choice, all out sprint with fins @ 3:00
1 x 50 Easy

Cool Down:
